For the past 2 years I've dedicated some of my time taking care of my body. Sometimes it just feels superficial - but then I decided to follow the classical greek motto: good and beautiful. :) After a long time studying and finishing my degree (and almost my master) it is now time to take care of my looks too.
Since I entered this new gym and started a heavy routine the results are noticeable, and if you track them with pictures, you'll find out how amazing the human body can be.
After a couple of weeks of intense body-building exercises I'm starting a cardio week to dry a little.
